A DEI Advisory council is a cross-functional committee made up of internal team members

Contexte

The DEI Advisory Council purpose is to support Husky Technologies' on-going commitment to advising on and assisting in the development of the DEI strategy

Objectifs

The DEI Advisory Council will provide guidance and recommendations to the ESG Governance Committee and HR teams in:
- Setting company's general strategy relating to Diversity, Equity andinclusion responsibilities and risks
- Overseeing and facilitating communications with internal stakeholders of the company with respect to DEI
- Monitoring, reporting and improving the company's management of ESG commitments relating to DEI

Approche

The DEI Advisory Council will hold meetings on a regular basis, initially monthly and will provide an update to the ESG Governance Committee on a quarterly basis

Impact

- Assist in setting the company's general strategy with respect to DEI matters that may affect the business, operations, performance or reputation of the company or are otherwise significant to the company and its stakeholders and consider and recommend policies, procedures, goals, practices and disclosures that conform with the strategy and best practices
- Identify DEI risks and strategic opportunities for the Company, make recommendations regarding these DEI matters to the ESG Governance Committee and Human Resources
- Review and present any budget allocation needed to achieve DEI initiatives and projects
- Coordinate internal communications, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility and charitable initiatives, in alignment with the company's S`DEI strategy
