In honor of this important occasion, a roundtable event was organized by Wavestone For All, providing a platform for colleagues belonging to the LGBTQ community to share their personal experiences at several offices of Wavestone.

The roundtable discussion delved into various aspects of inclusivity within the company. From the recruitment process to the everyday working environment and interactions with clients, participants shared their testimonials, shedding light on the progress made and the challenges that still exist.
